All of Web Ace Web Hosting services come with an unprecedented 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your account opening, you will be given a full refund of the paid amount excluding setup fees and overages.
This policy does not apply to any additional services such as, additional disk space, additional pop accounts, domain name registration, programming etc.
All cancellations must be received in writing 7 days prior to payment due dates; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable.

Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
